FAQs
+ Are there any Contracts?

No - You pay-as-you-go and can cancel at any time.

+ What are the DQF Requirements?
The FMCSA mandates that drivers of commercial motor vehicles must have a DQ file. DQF not only applies to those drivers with a CDL but also to those drivers engaged in interstate commerce, the following criteria will require a DQ file (for intrastate transportation, the criteria may vary by state):

✔ Vehicles with gross vehicle weight (GVW), gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), gross combination weight (GCW) or gross combination weight rating (GCWR) of more than 10,000 lbs.; or
✔ Vehicles designed to transport more than 8 people; or
✔ Vehicles transporting hazardous materials that require vehicle to be placarded

Requirements for the DQF can be found in Part 391 of the FMCSR
+ How long do we have to keep the DQ Files?

The FMCSA requires that records for the DQF need to be kept for the preceding 3 years. The signed release must be kept for 5 years.

+ Can I upload existing MVR and Drug Screen Reports?

Yes - you can attach any existing reports to your driver files.

+ Do you offer a Managed Program?

Yes - You can manage your own Driver Files or we can manage them for you. The managed program will cost $6 per driver per month.

+ Do we have to use your system for MVR and PSP Records?

No - if you get your driving records from another vendor you can scan those reports and attach your driver files in DriverManager. We would like to also be your vendor for driving records and will meet or beat your current vendors pricing.

+ How often should the MVR be checked?
MVR’s must be reviewed every 12-months to determine if the driver meets the minimum requirements for safe driving and to evaluate the truck drivers driving qualifications. We recommend MVRs be checked quarterly or at least every 6 months to capture any issues prior to the annual review.
